KaNaR offers a unique rule system that has been tuned and tweaked over the last decade.

Rule Book

The KaNaR Rule Book is split into several documents. Players must be familiar with all of these documents. It is recommended that players print off their own personal copies of these documents and bring them to KaNaR events for reference material.

  • Sign-out Sheet (PDF, 11KB)
    This form must be filled out and mailed to the Character Book Director after each event in order to earn experience points and learn new skills. It must also be turned in if any life credits were expended. The mailing address and instructions are included on the form.

Certifications

Before a player may begin playing KaNaR, the player must take and pass a series of certifications. These certifications test the player's knowledge of the rules of the game, and ensure that all new players have an adequate understanding of the finer and more complex aspects of the game. The following documents are provided as study sheets for new players to review before testing for a certification.
